All services, subscriptions, consultations, courses, reports, and digital content provided by Astroritual Academy are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated explicitly at the time of purchase.
Once a payment is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except under the conditions outlined below.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Astrology consultations (live or recorded)
Horoscope or personalized reports
Subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Digital content, downloads, or online courses
Missed appointments or failure to attend a booked session
User dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or beliefs
Astrology and spiritual services are experience-based and personalized, therefore refunds are not applicable once the service is initiated.
A refund may be considered only in the following situations:
Duplicate payment made accidentally
Technical error resulting in payment being deducted without service activation
Service not delivered due to a verified system failure from our side
In such cases, refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated
Partial usage or non-usage of a subscription does not qualify for a refund
Auto-renewal charges are the responsibility of the user
Users are advised to manage subscriptions carefully from their app store or account dashboard.
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed using the original payment method
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
Astroritual Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, users may be offered:
A rescheduled session, or
A refund, at our discretion
