By registering or providing services on our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Astrologers must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.
Astroritual Academy reserves the right to verify credentials, experience, and identity.
Approval or rejection of any astrologer is at the sole discretion of Astroritual Academy.
Astrologers may provide services including but not limited to:
Astrology consultations
Horoscope readings
Spiritual guidance
Educational sessions, workshops, or content
All services must be delivered ethically, professionally, and in accordance with applicable laws.
Astrologers agree to:
Maintain respectful and professional behavior at all times
Avoid offensive, misleading, abusive, or discriminatory language
Not provide medical, legal, or financial advice unless legally qualified
Refrain from making false guarantees, fear-based predictions, or harmful claims
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
All client information must be treated as strictly confidential.
Astrologers must not record, store, share, or misuse client data.
Any breach of confidentiality may lead to immediate termination and legal action.
Earnings, commissions, payout cycles, and payment methods will be communicated separately.
Astroritual Academy reserves the right to revise payout structures with prior notice.
Payments may be withheld in cases of fraud, policy violation, or dispute resolution.
Astrologers must not:
Share login credentials
Use bots, scripts, or fraudulent methods
Redirect clients outside the Astroritual Academy platform
Promote competing services during platform sessions
All intellectual property related to the platform remains the property of Astroritual Academy.
Client ratings and reviews are part of platform transparency.
Astroritual Academy may use performance metrics to maintain service quality.
Repeated negative feedback or complaints may result in corrective action or removal.
Astrologers retain ownership of their personal expertise and original content.
By submitting content to the platform, you grant Astroritual Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote it for platform purposes.
Astroritual Academy may suspend or terminate an astrologer account:
For violation of these Terms
For unethical or illegal conduct
For repeated client complaints
Without prior notice, if necessary to protect users or the platform
Astrologers may also discontinue association by providing written notice.
Astroritual Academy is not responsible for:
Outcomes of astrological guidance
User interpretations or decisions
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Astrology is a belief-based service and results may vary.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
